If your button is damaged upon arrival, email us IMMEDIATELY at sales@pinnedupemotions.com or reply to your order confirmation email. 

Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back to you.

We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages.
